I have had the opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Jacqueline Kucera in several contexts related to artificial intelligence, democratic governance, and emerging technologies, including public conferences, panel discussions, and the parlementAIre project, a sovereign AI research tool for the Swiss Parliament.

Ausgangslage

Discoveries hatte sich als „AX-Company" auf den Weg gemacht, KI nicht nur technologisch, sondern als Führungsaufgabe zu verankern.

Vorgehen

Zwei Workshops mit dem CEO und der Change-Managerin, gefolgt von einem eigenen Workshop mit dem Management-Team von Discoveries, gemeinsam mit SOTRAI an den entscheidenden Führungsfragen.

Ergebnis

Das Führungsteam verankerte Verantwortung als Kern seiner KI-Transformation, mit der klaren Erkenntnis, dass Governance-Regeln laufend überprüft werden müssen, während Technologie und Geschäft sich entwickeln.
